DESCRIPTION:March 23\, 24\, 25. Live weekend component of a larger online program. (Note March 23 is a one-day workshop open to the public to register a-la-carte\, not through the online course for healthcare providers) \nFOR INFORMATION and REGISTRATION:  http://www.ayurveda-courses.org/ \nFor registered students of Institute of Integrative Ayurveda Medical Education\, online training plus  several on-site weekends during 66-hour clinical training course. \nPhase 3: Ayurveda Wellness and Medical Training Programs \nLive Weekends http://www.ayurveda-courses.org/ia-live.html \nLive weekends provide an oppoprtunity to interact with the MAAA faculty and receive their personal instruction and clinical guidance. \nFriday sessions review the Ayurveda Personal Wellness Course material including Ayurveda Self-Pulse assessment. \nSaturday and Sunday sessions are only open to participants that are taking the Online Phase 2 Wellness or Medical Courses. Saturday and Sunday focus on the clinical approach to the patient\, including clinical case workshops and live pulse diagnosis training. \nAttendance at one live module is required to receive a Certificate of Completion from MAAA. \nWhat you will receive \n\npersonal interaction with faculty\nhands on clinical workshop training guided by faculty\npulse diagnosis intensive workshops\ndiscussion of issues involved in developing your own Ayurveda practice\nlive patient case workups and presentations\nextensive Q&A sessions\n\nrenowned group of international Ayurvedic experts including Vaidyas (Ayurvedic physicians from India) and modern medical doctors with over 30 years of clinical experience in Ayurveda. \nCourse Faculty Directors \n\n\n\n\n\n\nSTUART ROTHENBERG\, MD\, FAAFP. \nDr. Rothenberg is National Director of Health Professional Training of the Institute of Integrative Ayurveda Medical Education (IIAME). \nHe was founding medical director of the first Maharishi AyurVeda clinics in the United States and has more than 30 years of experience in leading Maharishi AyurVeda training courses\, having trained over 1500 physicians in the US and abroad.\n\n\n\n\n\nNANCY LONSDORF\, MD. \nDr. Lonsdorf is National Co-Director of the Institute of Integrative Ayurveda Medical Education (IIAME). \nDr Lonsdorf is a specialist in integrative medicine\, clinical faculty member at Maharishi University of Management\, and former medical director of The Raj Maharishi Ayurveda Health Center. She is an expert on Ayurveda and women’s health and is author of The Ageless Woman.\n\n\n\nAdjunct Faculty \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMARGARET MULLINS\, MSN\, PNPC\, FNPC \nMargaret is both a Pediatric and Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing Maharishi Ayurveda since 1985. Her main area of focus in Ayurveda is women’s and children health. \nShe is the National Director of the Maharishi AyurVeda Healthy Happy Mother-Baby Program and co-author of the book Blissful Baby. Margaret is also adjunct faculty at Maharishi University of Management\, College of Integrative Medicine.
