1. To begin on Sept 7, at orientation group class, register by Aug. 30. Participants must register at least one week prior to this orientation so the 14 days’ supplies will be ordered in time for this session.
2. Wed. Sept 7 at 6 PM. Get started with a Step-by-step overview, body composition testing, get acupressure ear buds applied by Pacific Pearl La Jolla’s Ann Michelle Casco, LAC., and take your 14-day suply kit home.
3. Thurs. Sept. 15 at 6:30 PM. What to  eat – enjoy a healthy cooking class and a meal at Pacific Pearl La Jolla.
4. Wed. Sept. 21 at 6:30. Keep it going – come in for retesting of your body composition and get support on how to keep your momentum going.
