JOIN OUR COMMUNITY This experiential course provides a foundation to change your beliefs, express your feelings, communicate compassionately, get what you need and create a life based upon choice, joy and purpose.  Manifest what you want and become the magnificent person that you are.  Each session provides new ideas, several journeys, exercises, new tools and time to process what you have learned from your practice during the week.  The community offers partnership and accountability as you create change.

Your 9 sessions Include:

• What is Healing from the Inside Out? Learn to get grounded, live in your body temple, be mindful, present and discover the oneness that we all share.
• Meeting your Higher Self: Reconnect with this Beloved Friend, heal your inner child and partner to create your life.
• Identify and Change your Beliefs: Exercises to identify and remove beliefs that underlie patterns that no longer serve you.
• Compassionate Communication: Specific exercises to connect with our values, ask for what you need, receive gratefully and express feelings directly.
• Setting Boundaries: Specific exercises to self sooth, learn to say No and experience what it is like to truly say Yes to yourself and to life.
• Saturday event on Forgiveness, Opening the Heart and Gratefulness: Forgiveness is the key to changing your life.  This day offers processes and exercises in letting go of the past and feelings that keep you stuck. It is a day of freedom to live from your heart.
• The Art of Manifestation: Discover how our thoughts, feelings, words and actions produce energies that attract like energies into our lives.  Learn to direct what you desire into your life.
• Creating Change in Past, Present and Future Time: Learn tools to change your perspective, hence to change the past. Utilize time as momentum to create your present and future.
• Living in Balance: Learn tools to balance your energies and stay centered in life.  Reflect on the changes you have made over the past 8 weeks and create a plan to carry these changes more deeply into your life.

Saturday Workshop is April 30, 9:00AM – 3:00PM with a community lunch.

Cost: $525.00

$100 deposit to hold your place.  Balance is due by Friday, March 4^th.  Note space is limited.

The 8-week program will be facilitated by Dr. Moira Fitzpatrick, who is both a Naturopathic Doctor and Clinical Psychologist. Dr. Fitzpatrick has been practicing psychology for over 30 years.  She specializes in transformational practices including creative visualization, communication, changing beliefs and a variety of energy tools.  She guides people to connect with their essential selves, practice self-love, discover the power of forgiveness and create joy in their lives.
